I have been a fitness professional for over 25 years. I have run half marathons, raised 7 children, and volunteered in my community. What I wasn’t prepared for though, was how betrayed I felt by my body as I progressed through my forties. After completing my Doctor of Health Science degree and spending 2 years researching the impact menopause has on everything we do, I knew I had to find a way to empower women through the inevitable changes that come with age.

You don’t have to feel crappy or like you don’t recognize the person in the mirror.
