It all begins with stress. That little thing we call cortisol, and it controls our lives probably more than all the other hormones. The single most important way to start your journey is to manage your stress. Easier said than done, right? Well trust me, it is easier than you think - if you are just given the right tools for the job. How else do you think I raised 7 kids, 2 dogs, got my PhD, was a director and committee member on multiple boards and councils, work as a Professor, and got my research published?

The Elevate HER Wellness Series is a newly launched collection of evidence-informed wellness resources created specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. We offer in person, one-day Intensives, a 16 week online course, and multiple downloadable resources to complement it all.
This series was designed to address the realities of midlife—when hormones shift, recovery changes, stress increases, and strategies that once worked no longer deliver the same results.
Rather than offering quick fixes or one-dimensional solutions, the Elevate HER Wellness Series takes a comprehensive approach to midlife health. Each resource focuses on a core pillar of wellbeing—including exercise, nutrition, hormones, self-care, and mental wellbeing—while fitting seamlessly into a larger, integrated framework.
The series is practical, realistic, and grounded in science. It is built to help women understand what is happening in their bodies, why they may be experiencing new challenges, and how to respond in a way that supports long-term health and vitality. The content is designed to be used at your own pace, allowing you to start where you need the most support and build from there.
The Elevate HER Wellness Series is for women who are ready to move beyond frustration and confusion and toward clarity, confidence, and sustainable wellbeing—now and for the decades ahead.
